Program Overview

An employability-focused skilling initiative sponsored by Sun Pharma, the Youth Employability Program is designed to help young people build practical, job-relevant skills for entry-level employment across multiple sectors. The program prepares candidates for entry-level roles such as Retail Sales Associate, BFSI Business Development Executive, Microfinance Executive and Accounting Assistant, providing exposure to skills relevant across retail, financial services and business support functions. Through this Sun Pharma-sponsored initiative, candidates can gain structured training, develop essential employability skills and improve their readiness for entry-level career opportunities.
