Program Overview

The program is a CSR-driven skill development initiative sponsored by Bajaj to provide industry-relevant training opportunities to aspiring professionals at no cost to participants. The program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by offering structured training in BFSI fundamentals, housing finance products, processes, systems, sales practices, and practical workplace skills. Through classroom learning, experiential activities, simulations, OJT exposure, and assessments, participants are prepared for successful careers in the housing finance sector. Upon successful completion of the program, eligible candidates will also receive placement opportunities with potential employers in the BFSI and housing finance industry, enabling them to begin their professional journey with the required knowledge, confidence, and job readiness.
