The Housing Finance Program is a free-of-cost CSR skilling initiative designed to create career opportunities for learners in the BFSI and housing finance sector. The program provides structured training on housing finance products, processes, systems, and sales practices through a blend of classroom learning and practical exposure. Learners participate in experiential activities, simulations, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) to develop industry-ready capabilities. The initiative aims to bridge the skill gap and empower learners with the knowledge and confidence required to build successful careers in housing finance.
