Program Overview

The General Insurance Program is a free-of-cost CSR skilling initiative designed to prepare learners for career opportunities in the BFSI and insurance sector. The program focuses on building industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills through structured training in insurance products, processes, systems, and sales practices. Learners undergo classroom learning, experiential activities, simulations, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) to gain real-world exposure. This initiative aims to improve employability by equipping candidates with the skills and confidence required to pursue successful careers in the general insurance industry.
