AGS Healthcare Female Graduation Program

Program Overview

AGS Female Graduation Program is a CSR initiative designed to enhance employability among female graduates through industry-aligned training and placement support. The program focuses on building career opportunities in the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sector through specialized learning in Medical Coding and Account Receivable processes. Eligible graduates from life sciences and finance backgrounds will receive one month of face-to-face training to develop job-ready skills. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing accessible skilling opportunities and placement assistance at no cost to students or institutions.
